Job Summary
Senior Cost Manager (Project Lead) for Data Center projects. Drive cost management and project delivery from feasibility through final account, including estimating and cost planning at conceptual, programming and detailed levels; manage procurement processes, pre-qualification, bid analysis and contract documentation; lead post-contract cost variances, change control, and valuation processes; produce monthly cost reports and present to clients; contribute to value engineering and life-cycle costing; liaise with clients and other consultants; provide leadership to the cost management team and identify opportunities to develop business with existing clients; require strong English communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience preparing cost estimates
- Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas, preferred
- Fluent in English
- Good technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account
- Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- CSA and/or MEP cost management experience
- Data center construction experience
