Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver cost management services for construction projects. Critically analyze project requirements, develop robust cost reporting structures, and manage estimating and cost planning activities including final revisions of cost plans. Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, lead value engineering and life cycle costing exercises, and implement cost controls within schedule, cost, risk, and change management frameworks. Act as Commission Manager overseeing end-to-end service delivery, invoicing processes through D-365, and contract administration while supporting internal risk management procedures. Bachelor's degree in Cost Management or Construction with minimum 7 years' experience required; native-level Cantonese and business-level English proficiency essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in cost management or construction projects
- Native-level proficiency in Cantonese
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
