Senior Cost Manager - Life Sciences

Settle construction disputes and loss claims with transparency while resolving commercial and contract issues quickly. Create cost estimates and plans for client developments, then oversee project spend through valuations and reports. Assist in preparing final accounts to ensure clients receive best value from works undertaken. Actively participate in tender processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting. Support nimble project management via clear cost documentation and timely communication. This role requires pre- and post-contract cost management experience, preferably in the pharma or life sciences domain, and a degree in cost management or construction. Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate with legal right to work.
