Job Summary
Conduct pre- and post-contract quantity surveying tasks including cost estimates, procurement processes, contract administration, variations, and final accounts. Lead tender and procurement processes by managing pre-qualification phases, compiling tender lists, analyzing tenders, and drafting contract documents. Execute cost planning and present definitive cost plans while delivering high-quality cost estimates and analyses for complex projects. Collaborate with internal and external clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships. Apply SSK expertise and benchmarking skills to evaluate market data and costs.
Required Qualifications
- HBO of WO achtergrond in techniek, bedrijfskunde, projectmanagement, econometrie, technische bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- Diepgaande SSK-expertise (SSK-methodiek voor kostenramingen en richtlijnen)
- Ervaring met UAVgc contracten, RAW en openboek contracten, i.r.t. cost management
- Grondige kennis van Nederlandse kostennormen, standaarden en marktprijzen
- Benchmarking-vaardigheden om kostenvergelijkingen, marktanalyses en kostendata-evaluaties uit te voeren
