Job Summary
Senior Cost Manager responsible for defining and delivering cost management services for UK-based projects in the CIVIL sector. Responsibilities include feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans & BOQ, quantity take-offs from design information, identifying and mitigating design and cost risks, delivering cost plans for occupier/investor clients, applying measurement codes (NRM, SMM7, CESMM), leveraging JLL tools and technology to support delivery, interpreting client briefs into delivery plans, and owning medium to large Cost Management assignments. Requires a technical QS/CM background with ~8 years of experience, BE/B.Tech, and familiarity with UK codes; MRICS preferred. On-site location in Gurugram, India; 40 scheduled weekly hours. Strong communication, proposal writing, and ability to work to deadlines are expected.
Required Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech. in respective field
- Minimum 8 years experience in QS/CM or cost management
- Experience with UK-based projects is essential
- MRICS is preferred but not mandatory for the right individual
- Knowledge of NRM, SMM7, CESMM would be advantageous
- Strong MS Office and CostX skills
- Ability to manage medium/large cost management projects
- Team management skills preferable
