Job Summary
The Senior Cost Manager is responsible for delivering cost management services across critical infrastructure projects, leading cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for multiple data center projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, conducting value engineering studies, managing risks, advising on procurement strategies, and leading change management processes. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree and 5-10 years of relevant construction cost estimating experience, with strong planning, organization, and communication skills. Knowledge of MEP systems and industry-estimating software is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Cost Estimating or equivalent recognized technical qualification
- 5-10 years relevant experience in construction cost estimating
- MEP estimating experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- AACE International accreditation
- RICS accreditation
- Certified Cost Professional
- Experience in cost management services
- Knowledge of industry-estimating software
