Job Summary
Lead estimation and cost planning for CSA packages, partnering with clients to manage multiple projects across various time zones. Create cost plans for key client developments, review overall scope of work, and draft proposals while maintaining high proficiency in Cost X and datebooks. Manage large teams to deliver impeccable quality and client value, fostering strong relationships through project kick-off calls and innovative, solution-oriented approaches. Handle global procurement for large-scale construction projects in data centers and life sciences sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in cost management
- Experience in global pre-cons works
- Experience on large scale construction projects
- Experience in data center projects
- Experience in life sciences projects
- Ideally from a consultancy background
- Minimum of 4 years of past work experience on Cost X
- Experience with Planswift
- Experience with Cubicost
- Experience with Candy
- Experience with ZW CAD
- Experience and confidence to lead a team
- Experience building a team
- Experience developing trusted client relationships
- Chartered status or on the path to complete it
- Degree or comparable experience in a cost management discipline
- Degree or comparable experience in a construction discipline
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones
- Ability to participate in drafting proposals to Clients
- Ability to attend project kick-off calls
- Ability to express high proficiency in CSA packages
- Moderate knowledge of CSA works
- Basic knowledge of Procurement of global projects
- Ability to express high proficiency in Cost X & datebooks
- Ability to create estimates and cost plans for CSA Packages
- Ability to support team with estimation and reviewing the overall CSA scope of work
- Ability to actively partner with clients
- Ability to respond to client requests accurately and on time
- Ability to take the responsibility of multiple packages in the projects
- Ability to lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
