Job Summary
Chipton-Ross is looking for a Senior Cost Estimator to oversee project operations, manage schedules, and provide detailed cost estimates for construction projects. This role requires extensive experience in construction and cost estimation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience
- Master’s Degree and 8 years of experience
- 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in construction management, engineering, cost estimator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, math, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
