Job Summary
Senior Cost Consultant in the Residential sector responsible for cost planning and delivery for medium to large projects, mentoring team members, identifying and escalating risks, analyzing data for cost management decisions, and driving process innovation. Requires degree-qualification with professional/chartered status, CSCS card, and proficiency with CostX or similar software. Leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
