Senior Cost Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Cost Analyst sought to deliver timely, practical cost estimating, life-cycle cost analyses, risk and uncertainty assessments, and economic analyses for federal government clients as part of high-performing IPT teams. Will develop and evaluate baselines, build innovative cost models, assess government and industry estimates, document and present analytical results, and train junior cost analysts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 4 years of relevant experience; strong Excel skills; ability to communicate complex analytical results to senior managers; and a track record of collaborating across teams. Desired credentials include active SECRET clearance and knowledge of DoW PPBE, EVM, and modern data analytics tools (RStudio, RShiny, Power BI, Python, and related visualization/automation platforms).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, economics, or business) or a discipline that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
- Documented completion of college-level coursework in mathematics through Calculus II
- Active SECRET Clearance (desirable) is listed as desired
- Knowledge of cost estimating and economic analysis models, methods, theories, and their application (desirable)
- Familiarity with DoW PPBE system (desirable)
- Experience with EVM (desirable)
- ICEAA Certification or DAWIA certification (desirable)
- Experience with RStudio, RShiny, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Python, and data visualization/tools (desirable)
