Senior Cost Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Cost Analyst to assist in planning, developing, and maintaining spending plans; perform cost estimation/analysis using modeling, parametric analysis, engineering estimates, learning curve, risk analysis, and cost estimating relationships; develop life-cycle cost estimates, independent/cost estimates, PMS estimates, total ownership costs, and enterprise agreements for business case analyses, cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, risk assessments, and program budget development; analyze budget revisions and recommend actions to minimize adverse effects on program execution; develop life cycle cost analyses supporting the MARS Program; provide independent analysis of requirements, cost-estimating methodologies, and defensible cost estimates; support functional leads to develop work statements, requirement documents, program schedules, and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ten (10) years minimum relevant work experience with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
- Expert with Excel, risk analysis tools, regression analysis, and statistical software packages (i.e., SAS, SPSS, and Stata)
- Security clearance: TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility with Counterintelligence Polygraph (required)
- Preferred: Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
- Certifications: Professional certification desired
