Job Summary
Senior Cost Analyst responsible for end-to-end cost management for infrastructure projects, including detailed cost analysis and reporting, benchmarking and parametric scaling, cost intelligence and tools, and ensuring contractual compliance. The role supports an integrated PMO structure, develops relationships with client stakeholders, drives opportunities with existing clients, and contributes to knowledge transfer and process improvement. Requires a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent, and 7+ years of cost analysis/cost management experience in infrastructure contexts. Proficiency in cost estimating, cost management, reporting, and data analytics (PowerBI, CostX, SAP) is expected, along with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering cost efficiencies across project lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent
- 7+ years cost analyst and/or cost management experience
- Strong cost estimating and/or cost management for infrastructure assets
- Knowledge of procurement methods for infrastructure delivery
- Ability to prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CostX, Expert Estimation, PowerBI, SAP is a plus
