Senior Cost Analyst | Infrastructure

Senior Cost Analyst responsible for end-to-end cost management for infrastructure projects, performing detailed cost analyses and reporting, delivering cost intelligence through analytics tools and processes, providing cost estimating/assurance across project lifecycles, and collaborating within a centralized PMO while maintaining relationships with client stakeholders. The role requires applying benchmarking and parametric scaling to drive efficiencies, contributing to knowledge management, seeking opportunities to develop new business with existing clients, and complying with SOX controls and Turner & Townsend’s management systems. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering and Chartered status with AIQS or RICS or equivalent are required, along with 7+ years of cost analysis/cost management experience and strong data interpretation, understanding of project lifecycles for infrastructure assets, procurement methods, value engineering, business development capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
