Job Summary
Senior Cost Analyst responsible for monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cost performance across multiple projects in the AEC sector; develop and maintain budget analyses, forecasts, and financial reporting; manage cost structures, contracts, and financial controls; audit costs, reconcile budgets and commitments, and support cash flow tracking and revenue validation across projects; collaborates with accounting and project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and proactive financial insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with AEC-specific accounting software (BST Global preferred)
