Senior Cost Accountant

Conduct monthly plant financial close activities for Pennsylvania and Arizona locations, managing inventory valuation, work-in-process, manufacturing variances, and accruals within the ERP system. Prepare and post journal entries related to manufacturing costs while ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Partner with plant leadership to analyze manufacturing performance, explain operational variances, and support annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist with ERP system implementations, including plant costing configuration and process validation.
