Job Summary
Senior Corporate Tax Associate focused on direct tax, leading UK tax reporting while supporting global audits, compliance, and tax-technology initiatives across a multinational group. Remote role partnering with finance leaders across multiple territories. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing UK and other local tax provisions, applying UK corporate tax expertise (including restricted interest, group loss relief, UK R&D incentives, deferred tax, and provision-to-return variances), coordinating UK and local tax returns, supporting tax audits, providing transfer pricing oversight, advising on cross-border withholding tax obligations, contributing to Pillar Two planning, and aiding development of tax tools and technology enhancements. Requires professionally qualified status (ICAEW or similar) and a minimum of 5 years of corporate income tax experience. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; proficiency with Excel and familiarity with SAP, HFM, and OneSource preferred.
