Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Support Engineer role involves managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, while also administering Intune for device management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, configuring user accounts, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Candidates should have substantial experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Mac OS support, and PowerShell scripting, alongside the ability to provide effective user support and training.
Required Qualifications
- 7-12 years experience
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience with Mac OS management and support
- Familiarity with Intune MDM or similar solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with other scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices
- Ability to adapt and pivot for new technologies
