Job Summary
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, business exits, strategic investments, and funding rounds. Manage transactions independently while collaborating on complex matters involving shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and group reorganisations. Support founder-led and high-growth businesses through company formations, structuring, and equity arrangements. Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to investors, boards, and in-house teams to navigate complex transactions. Work within a tech-enabled, fully remote corporate team that leverages modern legal technology and AI tools to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years' PQE
- Strong experience in corporate transactional work
- Experience managing corporate transactions independently
- Experience supporting colleagues on larger or more complex deals
- A proactive, commercial approach to advising clients
- Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working within a supportive and experienced team
