Job Summary
Senior Corporate Relationship Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of complex corporate clients in Romania's SME/Corporate sector, fostering long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering innovative banking solutions. You will act as the bridge between corporate clients and BCR, ensure needs are met with precision, monitor client performance, propose optimal solutions, and create essential documentation for banking products and services. The role requires university-level education in economics/finance, strong sales and relationship-building skills, knowledge of financial products and banking regulatory environment, and fluency in English. Hybrid and flexible work schedule is provided.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in financial and banking institutions, especially within the SME/Corporate sector
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and the banking market
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators, and financial analysis
- Exceptional relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- A proactive approach to strengthening client relationships
- A customer-centric attitude with a knack for solving challenges, problems, and opportunities with finesse
