Job Summary
End-to-end recruitment for Wellis across departments: publish vacancies, source and approach candidates, conduct intake calls, screen for role fit and motivation, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS with clean pipeline updates. Collaborate with hiring managers to align on profiles and ensure timely feedback, while delivering a consistent candidate experience and upholding Wellis’ employer branding. Responsibilities also include improving vacancy texts and outreach, analyzing funnel metrics, and supporting automation and hiring-manager enablement. Requires senior-level expertise in full-cycle recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple open roles with speed and care. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential; hybrid work arrangement in Rotterdam with ~2 days in the office and remaining remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or other relevant studies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment
- At least 2 years in-house experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Proficiency with ATS and Google Workspace
