- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence and drive alignment across diverse audiences
- Strong sense of ownership; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to drive efficiency across searches
- Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
