Job Summary
Senior Corporate Recruiter who will lead full lifecycle recruiting across clerical, technical, administrative, and management roles, coordinating with local HR and hiring managers to ensure an optimal candidate experience. Responsibilities include resume review, screening, pre-screening, coordinating on-site interviews and job fairs, managing high volumes of requisitions, maintaining ATS data integrity, partnering with hiring managers on job descriptions and qualifications, sourcing through traditional and nontraditional channels, administering preemployment testing and background checks, handling offer processes and onboarding, managing employee referrals, and generating recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill). Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred. Travel up to 10% is noted; role is onsite in Mansfield, TX.
