Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

Job Summary
Own a portfolio of complex corporate partnerships contributing $250K+ annually, developing long-term strategies to deepen engagement and increase philanthropic investment. Build trusted relationships across multiple levels of partner organizations, identifying new stakeholders and opportunities for renewals, upsells, and expanded partnership scope. Design customized strategies that align partner business objectives with DonorsChoose's mission through creative campaigns, employee engagement, and storytelling. Serve as the primary relationship owner for complex engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams including Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, Impact, and Communications. Mentor newer teammates on deal strategy and proposal development while contributing to evolving team best practices and partnership operations.
