Job Summary
Senior Paralegal at CNA provides comprehensive support for insurance and corporate regulatory matters, including preparing and filing required documents with regulatory bodies (Department of Insurance, Secretary of State, SEC, NYSE, and foreign regulators). Responsibilities include drafting and submitting board of directors and committee materials, conducting legal and corporate research, preparing Securities & Exchange Commission Form ID, 3, 4 & 5 filings, and NYSE filings via Filing Manager, handling foreign filings and regulatory questionnaires, collaborating across internal departments, and maintaining strict discretion with confidential information. Requires extensive knowledge of insurance regulatory processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree mandatory with paralegal certification preferred; minimum 10 years of paralegal experience in insurance/regulatory matters.
Required Qualifications
