Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts with a heavy focus on document redlining and negotiation. Ensure all agreements conform to company standards while managing commercial management aspects for various responsibilities. Collaborate closely with multiple departments, including finance and business leaders, to support contract administration and legal requirements. Report to the Chief Operations Counsel within the Acosta Group.
