Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Governance Research Analyst will focus on the Polish market, analyzing corporate governance and financial disclosures of publicly listed companies. The role involves reviewing AGM/EGM materials, articles of association, and applying governance guidelines to create research reports and voting recommendations for institutional investors. Candidates should be able to engage with stakeholders on governance questions and contribute to publications. Key qualifications include a strong interest in capital markets, understanding of corporate governance concepts, familiarity with Polish market frameworks, and excellent communication skills in Polish and English. A law degree obtained in Poland is highly preferred.
