Senior Corporate Counsel

Job Summary
Senior Corporate Counsel role providing legal counsel across corporate, transactional, contractual, and commercial matters for the organization and affiliated entities. Work closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and outside counsel to support strategic objectives, minimize legal risk, and provide practical business-focused guidance. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage sophisticated commercial agreements; support mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions; advise on contracts, financial matters, and international matters; analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to inform internal stakeholders; communicate complex legal concepts to leadership; collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams on governance, risk management, regulatory matters, and related business functions; provide support related to insurance products, sales administration, and related operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, transactional, or contract law
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
