Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Counsel role involves providing strategic legal guidance and transactional support across the organization, focusing on managing supplier and member agreements and advising on compliance matters. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a large law firm with M&A experience, is required. Candidates must have a J.D. and be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, along with strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex legal projects.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
