Job Summary
Senior Corporate Counsel (Commercial) advising on a broad range of commercial contracts for multichannel fashion retail, including technology, SaaS, shop-in-shop, merchandise, distribution, supply chain, co-brand/partnership, payments, digital media, and marketing. Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, data-sharing, licensing and audits, brand and technology licensing, and product development; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes and templates to improve efficiency; leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance service delivery; support marketing, loyalty, and restaurant operations as needed; require JD and U.S. bar license with substantial experience in retail-related contracts and business transactions.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. in law and licensed to practice in any U.S. jurisdiction
- 7–10 years of legal experience in top-tier law firm and/or in-house environment handling contracts, marketing, technology, and business transactions, intellectual property, or regulatory issues related to product distribution or the retail industry
- Retail and/or customer-facing business experience strongly preferred
