Senior Corporate Communications Manager

Job Summary
Lead and execute corporate communications projects across EMEA and APAC regions, developing communication plans, messaging frameworks, and key corporate narratives tailored to regional needs. Write and edit press releases, announcements, statements, media materials, op eds, interviews, talking points, QAs, and prepare briefing materials for leadership including trip briefs, interview briefs, panel notes, speeches, and scripts. Produce and update content for the corporate website and blog while coordinating daily with regional communications managers to ensure message consistency and timely execution. Serve as the central contact point between regional teams and global corporate communications, aligning with internal stakeholders to collect inputs and secure approvals. Support media relations in priority regional markets by coordinating interviews, gathering commentary, and preparing spokespeople for journalists, producers, and event organizers. Manage planning and execution of events, conferences, panels, and leadership speaking engagements under time pressure to support the company's global communications strategy and challenge injustice across 1100+ cities.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications
- Strong international exposure, ideally spanning EMEA, APAC
- Proven experience writing corporate materials: press releases, speeches, messaging
- Experience coordinating communications with regional teams and multiple internal stakeholders
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication C1
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Strong track record with media relations and external communications processes
- Understanding of media landscapes, cultural differences, and communication practices
- Understanding of corporate reputation, narrative consistency, and regulatory considerations around public communication
