Job Summary
Senior Corporate Attorney needed in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to advise business clients across the full range of corporate and transactional work. Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating, and drafting formation, governance, and day-to-day operation agreements; guiding clients through M&A, restructurings, and strategic transactions; preparing core corporate documents (operating, shareholder, buy-sell, and partnership agreements); counseling on governance, compliance, and risk; collaborating with other attorneys; contributing to business development and mentoring junior attorneys. Requires J.D. and active Texas State Bar admission, substantial corporate-law experience, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and a client-first, solutions-minded approach. Required Qualifications
