Job Summary
Maintain proper records in accordance with internal and legal requirements and convene meetings of directors and shareholders. Prepare Board papers, verify minutes, and deliver high-quality accounts and tax computations while liaising with auditors. Ensure final deliverables to clients are 100% correct in terms of quality and accuracy. Complete and follow up on Certification, Notarisation, Apostillation, and Consularisation of documents on a timely basis. Maintain bank accounts, including opening new accounts and initiating transfers. Prepare and file Annual returns, APS returns, PAYE, TDS, VAT, and Indian tax returns within statutory due dates. Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC, and other bodies while managing customer due diligence as per AML Code. Coordinate team work effectively to ensure all day-to-day matters are performed timely and satisfactorily.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of working experience in the Global Business Sector or an audit firm
- Holds a degree or has completed/substantially completed a professional ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Good written and spoken communications skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and an organized team player
- Quick learner and able to adapt in different work environment
- Well organised and a track record of working to tight deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
