Job Summary
Conduct the accounting close process, consolidations, and financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Independently analyze accounting data, interpret financial reports, and manage account reconciliations and documentation procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activities, improve departmental communications, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Diagnose issues and recommend solutions while applying advanced project management skills to support Devon's business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any other related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience
