Job Summary
Lead the promotion and sale of Medtronic’s coronary portfolio (including stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging, and CathWorks) across an assigned territory, providing technical and clinical leadership in the cath lab during coronary interventions and physiological assessments. Deliver advanced clinical education to physicians, nurses, and technicians; build relationships with key opinion leaders and executive decision-makers; shape pricing and contracts with enterprise/strategic accounts; develop and execute territory plans addressing clinical, economic, and competitive dynamics; and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets. Travel frequently to hospitals and off-site meetings (up to 50%), with overnight stays, while residing within the territory. Therapeutic focus includes adoption of coronary technologies and CathWorks digital solutions, coordinated with cross-functional Medtronic teams to drive system-wide adoption and access.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sales/clinical roles
- Ability to lead technical and clinical discussions in cath lab settings and with hospital leadership
