Job Summary
Senior Coronary CathWorks Territory Manager responsible for promoting Medtronic’s coronary portfolio across a defined territory. You will engage interventional cardiologists and cath lab teams through high-impact sales calls, provide clinical leadership during coronary interventions, and champion best practices for CathWorks technology. You’ll deliver advanced clinical education to physicians, nurses, and technicians; build relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, and cross-functional partners; collaborate on pricing strategies and contract negotiations; and develop sophisticated territory plans to meet sales targets. The role is remote (not located at a Medtronic site), requires residing in the territory, and involves regular travel to multiple accounts, including potential overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is essential. Candidate will work with Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, Sales Leadership, and clinical specialists to drive system-wide adoption across the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50% (regular overnight travel) within the territory; reside within the assigned territory (Dallas area) and drive to multiple accounts; strong clinical leadership and education capabilities; ability to build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and executives; knowledge of coronary technologies and CathWorks/FFRangio solutions; ability to develop and execute territory and account plans; experience with pricing strategies and contract negotiations; strong communication and presentation skills.
