Job Summary
Senior Copywriter at FairSquare in Orlando/Maitland with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) to craft high-quality copy across print and digital channels, shape a distinct brand voice, and support marketing objectives. You’ll collaborate with Brand Marketing and the creative team, mentor junior writers and freelancers, ensure brand consistency, and apply insights to optimize messaging. The role requires 5–8 years of writing experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Journalism/English (or related field), and proficiency with AI tools for UX writing and SEO/LLMs. The position offers a salary range of $85,000–$105,000/year, plus incentives and benefits, and expects authorized work status in the U.S.,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 5–8 years of professional writing experience
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience producing high-performing copy across multiple channels (print & digital)
- Portfolio showcasing writing across projects, brands, and channels
- Ability to leverage AI tools within the writing workflow to drive efficiency and scale
- Experience working on multiple brands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of branding, user experience, and SEO/LLMs
- Experience working for a small business is a plus
- Retail or other highly competitive writing experience is a plus
