Job Summary
Answer incoming team calls to provide accurate guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures. Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow-through until resolution. Maintain high standards of confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information. Identify recurring issues or process gaps to recommend improvements that enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws. This role supports the Global Time & Labor Management team within RTX Enterprise Services, focusing on continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience
- minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance
- Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment
- Ability to reside within commuting distance of Greenville/Richardson, TX, Farmington, CT, or Cedar Rapids, IA
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Workday with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency
