Job Summary
Senior Coordinator, Production Supply provides operational and administrative support in production supply to ensure proper storage, recordkeeping, inventory counts, and storage conditions in line with regulatory and company guidelines. Responsibilities include receiving and storing materials, proposing storage-layout changes, conducting daily cycle counts and root-cause resolution, updating work order status in SharePoint Access Database, and driving metrics for inventory movement with continuous process improvement. Requires strong communication, computer proficiency (including JDE and SharePoint), and English literacy; forklift operation is preferred. Works in a team environment across departments and adheres to EH&S and corporate rules. California base pay ranges from $46,500 to $63,500. COVID-19 vaccination is required for patient-facing/in-hospital positions where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent 4 years previous work experience
- Strong communication skills, e.g., providing work instructions, using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputes
- Computer proficiency, e.g., email, JDE, and electronic documentation systems
- Forklift certification for operation of golf cart, preferred
- Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English
- Work in a team environment with immediate colleagues, other departments, and supervisor, including inter-departmental teams
- Good math skills, equivalent with high school education level
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred
- Ability to accurately perform semi-routine work such as material picking, sorting, and cycle counting, including higher level JDE and other related system operation, updates, and investigations
- In-depth knowledge of component part numbers compatibility with work orders
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
