Job Summary

Senior Coordinator, Performance and Engagement Programmes based in Frankfurt, Germany, supports European Talent and HR teams by coordinating performance management, onboarding and engagement initiatives across Europe; responsibilities include managing performance review cycles, administering 6-month cycles, developing dashboards and analyses for HR leaders, coordinating rollout of a new Performance Management system, leading European onboarding efforts (banker onboarding, junior banker onboarding, and alumni/mentoring initiatives), driving engagement programs (including mentoring, DEI, and alumni programs), supporting AI initiatives related to training, and ensuring a strong employee experience across Europe. The role requires collaboration with Global and European Talent/HR teams, strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to leverage AI and LMS resources; languages required include German and English, with additional European language advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience running performance management cycles within a professional services organization
  • Exposure to implementing and running internal engagement programs such as mentoring, DEI, etc.
  • Excellent project management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability and experience in leveraging AI
  • Authentic, high-integrity individual aligned with Lincoln’s culture
  • Confident, professional demeanor in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, simple, situational, multi-level, multi-cultural)
  • Proficient with IT, AI, and systems to ensure LMS and user experience, plus back-end reporting
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to craft clear narratives and visually compelling slides
  • Languages: Fluent German and English (additional European language advantageous)
  • University degree, ideally business-related
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and Excel, manipulating data and charts
  • 3-5 years of experience in a development/training function within a professional services environment
