Job Summary
Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management analyzes inventory and resolves inbound discrepancies to drive operational efficiency in pharmacy warehouse operations. Duties include validating inbound shipments, placing electronic orders, creating standard inventory reports and forecasts, and leading regular cycle counts. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations, tracking and documenting discrepancies, and communicating findings. Utilizes warehouse systems such as AIMS and SAP and tools like Microsoft Excel to manage inventory data, investigate picking errors, and support process improvements. Requires ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and work a Monday–Friday shift from 12:00 pm–8:30 pm (or until work is completed). Collaborates with team members to ensure compliance deadlines and overall inventory control, with emphasis on accuracy, problem-solving, and effective reporting.
