Job Summary
Coordinate executive operations and enterprise strategy initiatives as the primary operational partner to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, Marketing & Communications. Manage priorities, schedules, travel, and meetings while preparing briefing materials, agendas, and executive summaries. Track action items and decisions to ensure accountability, handling confidential information with discretion. Oversee departmental budgets, contracts, and purchase requests to enhance operational efficiency. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and monitor project milestones to keep strategic priorities on schedule. Activate the sponsorship portfolio by coordinating deliverables, event participation, and guest communications. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, executive operations, project management, or organizational coordination
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working across a matrixed organization
- Experience managing departmental budgets, contracts, invoices, and administrative operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Occasional evening and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive leadership within a nonprofit, philanthropic, corporate, or public sector organization
- Experience coordinating executive events, sponsorships, or community engagement activities
- Experience managing vendor relationships and departmental operations
- Experience with Canva and other project management or collaboration platforms
