Job Summary
Lead and evolve cyber security culture programs across the university, including managing the Cyber Security Champions Network, overseeing the Cyber Security Internship Program, and delivering engaging awareness and training initiatives such as gamified sessions and mandatory training; coordinate phishing simulations and analyse results to improve cyber resilience; requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, program design and delivery skills, and experience with digital learning tools; base salary AUD 104,616–113,920 plus 17% super, HEW Level 7, based at St Lucia campus, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering projects or programs, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven capability in designing and facilitating engaging training sessions or workshops for diverse audiences
- Strong commitment to driving participation, behavioural change, and measurable program outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content
- Proficiency in digital tools including Microsoft 365, learning management systems, CRM platforms, and eLearning authoring tools
- Understanding of cyber security risks, trends, or human-centred security practices
