Job Summary
Senior Cook at Wheelhouse Restaurant (Rivers Casino Pittsburgh) responsible for preparing a variety of dishes including appetizers, entrees, and desserts according to menu specifications and quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel or Casino
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations
- Reliable self-starter with an open mind and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to works a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
