Job Summary
Senior Controls Specialist to configure, set up, and test building control systems in commercial buildings including energy monitoring and sustainability. Skills in building automation systems spanning pneumatic, electronic, energy management, lighting, computerized systems, and communication networks. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams to design tailored control systems; thorough testing and troubleshooting for optimal functionality; developing strategies for monitoring energy usage data; staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies; serving as a subject matter expert and providing support to project teams; fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Qualifications include 4+ years with building automation systems with Siemens and/or Honeywell preferred; strong customer service experience; willingness to learn and contribute to all aspects of control implementation (setup, programming, testing, issue resolution); commitment to outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution; and the ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment with increasing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with building automation systems; experience in Siemens and/or Honeywell systems preferred
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Willingness to acquire knowledge of building control systems and contribute to all aspects of control implementation, including setup, programming, testing, and issue resolution
- Proficient in providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively and timely
- Thrives in a results-oriented environment, where increased responsibilities and accomplishments are anticipated each year
