As a Senior Controls Engineer at Roche, you will provide technical support for automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot process issues, and lead process improvement projects. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related discipline with 5 years relevant experience
- Master’s of Engineering/PhD with 2 years relevant experience
- Relevant experience in troubleshooting and modifying industrial equipment controls systems
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with GMP in a regulated environment (Medical Device or Pharmaceutical)
- Previous training or experience in Process Improvement Methodologies (e.g. LSS, PDCA, etc.)
