Senior Controller

Senior Controller to lead accounting operations across a fully remote Canada/US environment. Own end-to-end financial reporting (general ledger, month-end close), IFRS/GAAP-compliant statements, MD&A, and continuous disclosure filings. Manage external audits, strengthen internal controls, oversee multi-entity accounting and intracompany eliminations for reliable consolidated reporting, and coach the accounting team. Bring data analytics and financial modelling to inform decision-making and scale processes as the company grows. Requires CPA designation and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, with deep IFRS or US GAAP knowledge. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills and a curiosity for AI and financial automation. Fully remote across Canada and the United States; no specific city requirement.
