Job Summary
Direct and manage accounting functions and systems for Tyson Fresh Meats TFM Case Ready BU to provide timely, accurate information; supervise four offsite location controllers; prepare Division P&L, contribution margin management, and VCM reporting; conduct customer and business analyses; lead business reviews and Ops summit information; prepare network optimization, mix analyses, and quarterly projections (Anaplan); drive financial transformation and system implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 8+ years accounting supervisory experience
- Beef and/or Pork cost accounting experience
- Travel: 20-25%
- Strong communication skills; cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership; knowledge of product costing and pricing models; proficiency with MS Office and DBII database query system preferred
