Develop a robust decision model for the acquisition and retention strategy of a German electricity provider's sales units. Analyze market, competitive, pricing, and channel mechanics to evaluate existing acquisition and retention logics regarding profitability, customer value, churn risk, and commission costs. Build structured scenarios and sensitivity analyses to identify key result and risk levers, then define a KPI set for ongoing steering of acquisition, retention, and contribution margins. Create a management dashboard with data logic and traffic light indicators, deriving concrete recommendations for sales channels, budgeting, and retention measures. Document model logic, assumptions, and data sources. The project runs from August to October 2026 with 50% onsite time in Chemnitz.
