Job Summary
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and actual versus target analyses while developing controlling reports and managing KPIs. Draft monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, analyze variances to derive action recommendations, and conduct ad-hoc evaluations. Establish and maintain an internal control system. Contribute to strategic projects and process optimizations to ensure transparency in financial performance and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a degree in Business Administration or Finance with several years of controlling experience, ideally within an IT environment, and strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in controlling
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills
- High affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive working style
