Job Summary
Experienced Controller to join the finance team focusing on financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include budget, forecast, and actual vs. target analyses; development of controlling reports and KPI management; preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; variance analyses and action recommendations; participation in strategic projects and process optimizations; actual vs. target comparisons and ad-hoc evaluations; establishment and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS). Suitable candidates hold a degree in Business Administration or Finance, with several years in controlling, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in controlling
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
